This one of the scarce ICON built FJ45 Turbo Diesel 5 Speed AC. 2 Years to build.

Built by Jonathan Ward of ICON 4×4 in Chatsworth, California.

Power is supplied by a New 2.8-liter International Harvester Turbo Diesel (the engine features an aluminum case and is tuned to run on regular diesel & biodiesel. The oil was changed in preparation for the sale.) mated to a five-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. Highway Cruising speeds in excess of 75mph, getting 27/32mpg!

The truck features Teflon-coated body panels finished in gray with a removable soft top and side curtains over a custom-fabricated chassis. Additional equipment includes Dynatrac axles with ARB air lockers, a Warn winch, an onboard ARB air compressor, LED lighting, custom bumpers, Sway-A-Way coilovers with remote reservoirs, Eibach springs, StopTech disc brakes, 17″ Icon wheels, high-back front bucket seats, and inward-facing jump seats mounted in the bed.

Teflon-coated exterior panels are powder coated gray and mounted over a custom boxed frame. Exterior features include a Warn winch, a fold-down windshield, a roll bar, a swing-out jerrycan holder, a removable soft top and side curtains, LED lighting, ICON badging, and custom-fabricated bumpers with an integrated brush guard up front and receiver hitch out back.

Black-finished 17″ Icon wheels are mounted with 285/70 BFGoodrich All Terrain T/A K02 tires that show 2011 date codes, and a matching spare is secured to the swing-out rear carrier. Braking is handled by StopTech 15″ rotors with six-piston front and four-piston rear calipers, along with a Lee Power Steering fluid reservoir and a dual-basin master cylinder. The truck is equipped with Sway-A-Way coilovers with remote reservoirs, Eibach springs, hydraulic bump stops, and manually-lockable front hubs.

The ICON bucket seats are said to feature Tempur-Pedic foam cushions and are trimmed in black vinyl with patterned fabric inserts. A locking Tuffy center console has been added, and a polyurethane coating has reportedly been applied to the floors. Rocker switches for the onboard ARB air compressor and front and rear lockers have been added to the dash, and amenities include an Alpine CD stereo, iPod connectivity, aftermarket speakers, a milled cupholder assembly, a grab bar for the passenger, and woven floor mats.

A three-spoke steering wheel with an ICON-branded horn button frames an AutoMeter 120-mph speedometer with an integrated 8k-rpm tachometer as well as a combination auxiliary gauge. The digital odometer shows 19,349 miles.

The bed houses a Power Tank air tank as well as inward-facing jump seats and a tool kit integrated in the tailgate.

Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels via a five-speed NV4500 manual transmission, an Atlas II dual-range transfer case, and Dynatrac ProRock 44 front and ProRock 60 rear axles equipped with ARB air lockers.

The build is on a 1973 FJ40 chassis (comes titled as a 1973 Toyota).
